Installation Landscape Foreman Job Opportunity

Compensation ranges from $28-40/hr.

Full time seasonal work available.

Hood Landscaping, Inc. provides challenging work that requires problem solving skills in a fast paced, fun environment. Each day brings new variety.

As an Installation landscape foreman, you will be expected to exceed industry standards on all aspects of the installation.

You will be expected to communicate effectively, manage crew members, visualize progression of projects, track materials and hours.

You will assist the project manager in planning, managing and supervising project operations to produce a quality product while also assisting with the installation tasks.

Responsibilities based on skill level: 

  • Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred

  • Effective client communication and care

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate various pieces of heavy equipment

  • Has knowledge of proper jobsite safety requirements and can be trusted to proactively address safety issues

  • Ability to operate tools and has general knowledge of landscape machinery

  • Basic knowledge and ability to record/organize activities via company software

Good attitude • Punctual • Teachable and has ability to direct and instruct team • Honest/Trustworthy • Values client satisfaction • Communicates effectively while performing the duties of this job, the position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme hot and cold conditions • Heavy lifting of 80 lbs., bending and crawling may be required • Due to seasonal nature of work, overtime may be required. • Applicant must currently live in Summit County or nearby commutable area
